Amazon Account Manager Team Lead About the role: Dosti Global Inc. is looking for someone who is professional, as well as who is curious and self-driven, interested in problem solving, research and a diverse range of tasks and topics in any given day and week and that will change dynamically over time. The Individual must be experienced in working with a fast paced, start-up environment and who is a strong communicator, likes to learn and takes pride in their work. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Specific business and project supportSupport the leadership team to prepare/compile reports and presentationsCoordinate, Manage, Develop and maintain processes into a project management software (Asana)Enter journal entries in accounting software, create invoices and or purchase orders.Produce weekly, monthly, year end reports with data from different sources to support: AMZ Restock planning, Cin7 SOH and Availability Report, client channel reports for dashboardsPrepare materials for executive meetings and presentations (Excel and PowerPoint)Prepare end of week updates (newsletters/ blogs released – Internal and External updates)Assist in creating a content calendar, and execution of social media content (hiring and or managing freelancers as needed)Locate and compile information; formats reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information for AnalysisExecute specific research tasks as neededIdentify opportunities to enhance or streamline administrative processes and lead efforts to optimizeFBA Shipment plans createAudit FBA receipt vs branch transfer to shipment plan Provide POA for brands to collect Amazon refundsCin7: FBA shipments, Branch Transfers (Internally and externally outside of Amazon ie. Proact), Creating Production Jobs, Cleaning up Completed Sales Orders without dispatch etc, Stock adjustments as deemed fitSupplier outreachAffiliate or Influencer outreachNew product listings on any platformListing Maintenance and updatesFeedback RemovalSC Account Health SupportCustomer Service inbox (buyer messages)Data EntryPublic Acknowledgements / Public Response to user content Eligibility :Fluent English written and spoken3+ years of experience as project assistant or executive assistantExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAdvanced Excel skills2+ yrs Amazon and eCommerce experienceHistory of "owning" the job and never ever giving the job backAbility and willingness to work remotelyDriven and eager to learn new thingsBachelor's or Master's degreeComfort with numbers and quantitative analysisHTML and WordPress, Website maintenance huge bonus Employment type:Full-time employmentOpen for Onsite / Remote
