Responsibilities

  • Should have knowledge of do all filings of petitions / applications specifically at NCLT/NCLAT/High Court (Specially Delhi and Punjab and Haryana High Court) as well as District Courts (Specially Delhi and Gurugram) and basis knowledge of filings at Supreme Court
  • Should know short-hand and be able to take dictation and prepare first cut of applications, petitions to be filed in above courts
  • Should be able to handle internal admin functions, such as, reporting, etc
  • General support on secretarial work, such as, proof readings etc.


Qualifications

  • The PQE (Pre-Qualification Experience) on above should be 5 years
  • Also, as RSD is an emerging law firm, we are looking for a court clerk with positive attitude, who can play an all-rounder role and can support the legal teams on secretarial level work in general.
  • Should be able to commute to office in Prestigious DLF Phase 1, Gurugram.
