Key Responsibilities:

· Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers.
  • Craft compelling value propositions that highlight the unique benefits of our SaaS product.

· Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new feature releases.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market plans.

· Content Creation:

  • Create engaging marketing and product explainer videos to showcase the product's features and benefits.
  • Generate high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  • Develop sales collateral and product documentation to assist the sales team.

· Demand Generation:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Work with digital marketing teams to develop online advertising, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.

· Customer Engagement:

  • Develop customer engagement and retention strategies, including onboarding and lifecycle marketing.
  • Gather and act upon customer feedback to improve the product and customer experience.

· Competitive Analysis:

  • Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate the product from competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to interpret market data and customer insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop persuasive messaging and content.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in creating marketing and product explainer videos.
