Senior Frontend Technical LeadWe are seeking an experienced senior frontend technical lead to spearhead the design and evolution of frontend architecture for large-scale applications.Key Responsibilities:Frontend Architecture: Develop a robust frontend architecture that enables scalability and independent deployments across distributed teams. Implement microfrontend architecture to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Provide strategic guidance to the frontend team, establish coding standards, and enforce clean architecture principles. Conduct code reviews, establish unit testing practices, and ensure engineering excellence. Mentor junior developers and foster talent development across the team.Production Support & Critical Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary technical contact for complex bug fixing, performance bottleneck resolution, and rapid-response production support. Collaborate with backend teams maintaining Node.js/Express services to ensure seamless application behavior.Testing Strategy & CI/CD Integration: Drive the transformation of testing strategy across frontend systems. Evaluate multiple end-to-end testing frameworks and establish standardized testing practices. Build and integrate automated test pipelines with CI/CD to improve deployment reliability.Requirements:Expert proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Angular/Vue acceptable if strong fundamentals).Extensive experience architecting large-scale frontend applications and microfrontend architecture.Deep understanding of Node.js and Express.js fundamentals (for debugging and backend collaboration).Advanced expertise in frontend tooling: Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, module bundlers.Benefits:A minimum of 8 years of experience leading frontend teams in multinational or large-scale projects.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.The ability to handle high-pressure scenarios in production environments.
