Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Manager/Lead to lead and execute our content strategy.

This role will oversee initiatives like Podcasts, Telegram & WhatsApp Channels, the weekly financial newspaper (Findoc Prime), Social Media Channels and other multi-format content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Creation:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and branding goals.

• Develop an in-house team and Supervise in-house content creation for blogs, videos, newsletters, and marketing materials along with existing team members.

• Lead the makeover and publication of “Findoc Prime” as a coveted weekly financial newspaper for both physical and online circulation to position as one of the popular and in demand financial weekly newspapers…

• Collaborate with Product Heads, Sales, and Marketing teams to create content for webinars, physical seminars, events, and workshops.

2. Podcast & Telegram/WhatsApp Channels:

• Launch and manage a podcast channel, ensuring engaging and industry-relevant episodes. Also manage end to end pre-market and post-market daily podcasts for consumer education and engagement.

• Strategize, develop, and maintain engaging content for Telegram and WhatsApp channels.

3. Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct regular reviews of the competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities.

• Drive content and branding strategies to position the company ahead of competitors.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Partner with the PR team to amplify branding efforts and increase visibility across media platforms.

• Work closely with Product Managers to create high-quality content for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional material for corporate and client-facing activities.

5. Content Marketing Channels:

• Oversee multi-channel content distribution, including social media, email, and website updates.

• Leverage SEO strategies and analytics tools to maximize content visibility and performance.

6. Analytics & Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of content and branding campaigns.

• Provide regular reports on performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years in content marketing, branding, or a related field, preferably in the stock broking industry.

• Proven experience in managing multi-channel content strategies, corporate branding, and public relations initiatives.

• Core Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and stockbroking.

• Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and content ideation skills.

• Experience with SEO, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and content tools (e.g., WordPress, Canva).

• Exceptional project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with video production workflows and podcast creation.

• Experience in competitive analysis and positioning.
