Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Physics Faculty member for a full-time, on-site position located in Samastipur. The role includes designing course materials, delivering high-quality physics lectures, preparing engaging learning resources for students, and ensuring an interactive and effective teaching environment. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, addressing queries, and implementing innovative approaches to facilitate effective learning. QualificationsStrong knowledge and expertise in Physics and Theoretical Physics, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.Proficiency in related areas such as Astronomy and Mathematics to provide a comprehensive teaching approach.Experience or knowledge in Physics Education, including curriculum design and instruction techniques.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and create a positive learning atmosphere.Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Physics or a related field.Prior experience in teaching or educational training in Physics will be an advantage.
