Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled professional to drive Machine Learning models for demand planning and forecasting processes across multiple regions.This role requires strong data science capabilities combined with effective communication skills to deliver excellence in quality of models working in cross-functional global teams.The successful candidate will be responsible for building and improving ML data models for demand planning and forecasting globally, ensuring accuracy and consistency within 2 main platforms SAP IBP and o9. They will also understand and capture multi-regional business needs to design scalable forecasting solutions.Key Responsibilities include:Developing and implementing ML data models for demand planning and forecasting.Designing and optimizing forecasting solutions for global operations.Providing data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and optimize inventory planning.Establishing and monitoring KPIs for forecasting performance.Collaborating with regional teams to standardize forecasting practices.Supporting automation and touchless opportunities in demand planning processes using data science and analytics techniques.Conducting root cause analysis for forecast deviations and implementing corrective actions.Communicating complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels to drive decisions and actions.
