About the CompanyMashoor Brands x Brandalystis an AI-driven marketing agency helping startups, coaches, and small businesses grow usingMeta Ads, AI-powered content, chatbots, and automation funnels.We're now expanding and looking for asmart, proactive Growth Manager Internto act as theIn-Charge of daily operations.You'll manage a remote team, coordinate campaigns, and work directly with the Founder on real projects.Role OverviewYou'll handle the day-to-day operations of our digital agency — including outreach, intern coordination, client tracking, and ensuring campaign progress.This role offersreal leadership exposureand the chance to directly contribute to revenue generation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily outreach & follow-up messages on LinkedIn and InstagramCoordinate content & design interns for posts and creativesMaintain lead tracker & weekly performance sheetEnsure timely posting and team updatesReport weekly progress directly to the FounderIdeal CandidateStudents/freshers passionate about digital marketing, growth, and leadershipGood knowledge of LinkedIn, Canva, or Google Sheets (preferred)Self-motivated, organized, and reliableAvailable 8 hours/day (remote)CompensationThis is aperformance-based internship. There isno fixed pay initially, but you will receive: Certificate of Internship & Recommendation Letter upon completion Revenue-share bonus once client projects close (₹500–₹1000 per client or up to 10% share) Mentorship from the Founder & real startup leadership experience with International exposure.
