UnifyCX is growing and looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to join our team in Mangalore, India.
What Will You Do?
As the Director of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and execution for our BPO operations in India. This role involves managing a high-performing recruitment team, developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring the recruitment process aligns with the company’s growth objectives and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the staffing needs of our operations.
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations - India and Global VP of Talent Acquisition to align recruitment strategies with overall business goals and operational requirements.
- Analyze workforce trends and forecast hiring needs to proactively address talent gaps and future workforce demands.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to achieve recruitment goals.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the recruitment team, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
- Implement best practices and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment metrics, challenges, and progress.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. BPO experience preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment efforts and leading a team of recruitment professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
