Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Cost Estimator at Shashi Prabhu & Associates. The Senior Cost Estimator will be responsible for cost management, analytical skills, project estimation, budgeting, and cost control in various projects related to urban planning, architecture, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Additional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
• Cost Management and Budgeting skills
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation
• Project Estimation & Tender Preparation expertise
• Proven track record of accurate cost estimations
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimation software
• Extensive knowledge of Public Bidding - PWD, CPWD, MCGM
• Thorough Understanding of Schedule of Rates
• Thorough understanding of Rate Analysis
