Technical Documentation SpecialistCreate high-quality technical documentation that effectively communicates complex information to our audience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and other product-related materials.Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.Translate technical concepts and specifications into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for various audiences.Organize and structure content effectively to facilitate easy navigation and comprehension.Review and edit documentation for grammar, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve documentation quality and processes.Participate in the planning and execution of documentation projects, including prioritizing tasks, estimating timelines, and tracking progress.Provide guidance and support to junior members of the documentation team, as needed.RequirementsEssential Skills:Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in technical writing tools and software such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar.Strong understanding of documentation best practices, including information architecture, content organization, and writing for different audiences and formats.Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation publishing tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).What We OfferOpportunity to work in an agile development environment.Chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Professional growth and development opportunities.Additional InformationExperience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile documentation practices are highly desirable.
