Job Title: Senior Accounting ManagerCompany:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to take on a leadership role in a rapidly growing organization.About the Role:As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily and monthly accounting operations for multiple entities. You will manage general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, accruals, and reporting. Additionally, you will prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Tax Preparation & Compliance:Prepare and file federal and state tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065)Prepare K-1s, including for foreign partnersHandle quarterly estimated taxes and compliance calendarsFile payroll taxes, W-2s, 941/940, 1099-NEC, and 1096 formsPayroll Administration:Process payroll using systems like Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, etc.Ensure proper worker classification (W-2 vs. 1099)Manage payroll tax filings and year-end complianceEntity Setup & Advisory:Support clients with LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, and Partnership setupApply for TIN for foreign owners.Assist with EIN registration, S-Corp elections, state filings, and complianceClient Management & Communication:Serve as the main point of contact for accounting and tax mattersPresent clear financial insights, recommendations, and analysisManage deadlines and deliverables across multiple clientsRequirements:5+ years of U.S. accounting and tax filing experienceStrong experience with corporate and partnership returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065, K-1s)Hands-on experience preparing filings for 1099s, W-2s, payroll taxes, and foreign partner structuresProficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, and payroll platformsBenefits:Fully remote work environmentMajor growth potential — opportunity to become Director or Head of AccountingDirect involvement in building processes, systems, and a full teamHigh autonomy with real decision-making authorityAbout Us:We are a rapidly growing organization that values our employees' growth and well-being.
