The Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, managing electrical engineering tasks, and overseeing maintenance operations to ensure efficient solar project performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as Solar Site Engineer or O&M Engineer.Hands-on experience in the maintenance of utility-scale solar projects with a strong understanding of solar plant operation and maintenance.Strong analytical skills to assess project risks, identify potential issues, provide solutions, and monitor project performance.Strong work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.Relevant experience in the Solar Industry is a must.
