Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at Abroad Education Counsel. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing enrollment services, guiding students through the admissions process, facilitating communication with universities, and offering support for visa applications. A key aspect of the role involves assisting students in identifying suitable career paths and university options.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents to provide information about our education consultancy services.
Follow up with students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
Inbound Calls:
Handle incoming inquiries related to overseas education, program details, application processes, and other relevant information.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information to address the queries of prospective students and parents.
Counseling and Guidance:
Assess students' profiles and provide personalized counseling on suitable courses, universities, and countries.
Guide students through the entire admission process, including documentation, application forms, and visa procedures.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the database of prospective students, ensuring all interactions and follow-ups are accurately recorded.
Track and manage leads in the CRM system.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents, offering continuous support and assistance.
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through effective communication and timely responses.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead conversions, and student feedback to the management.

Qualifications
Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication abilities
Experience in Sales and Education sectors
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of study abroad programs and university admissions processes
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
