Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle Functional Finance Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial process optimization, system configuration, and end-user enablement.You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance process requirements, developing comprehensive understanding of the organization's financial landscape.You will configure and maintain Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Tax Management, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.You will map business processes for P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles to Oracle functionalities, streamlining financial operations and improving overall efficiency.You will develop functional specification documents, BRDs, and configuration workbooks, providing clear guidance for implementation and maintenance.You will lead Data Conversions, Mappings, FUT, and own all finance-related objects, driving data integrity and accuracy.You will coordinate with technical teams on integrations and conduct system testing, ensuring robust and reliable financial systems.You will troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and manage Oracle SRs for defect resolution, providing swift and effective support.You will provide end-user training and create process documentation, empowering employees to effectively utilize financial systems.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess expertise across core finance modules for all O2C, R2R, and P2P business processes, as well as a solid understanding of accounting principles.
