Financial Consolidations Director JobJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage financial consolidations, leveraging expertise in Oracle Financial and other ERP systems.Process trial balance loads from source general ledger systems and into the FCCS consolidations system.Translate consolidating financial statements from local currency to USD using system capabilities.Ensure all manual and system eliminations have been processed and IC and 'Offset' accounts are at zero.Prepare LE and Consolidated CTA Proofs to validate FS translation correctness.Quarters Only:Reload Day 0 FX rates overwriting Day -3 FX rates for re-translation of consolidated BS.Process Intangible Asset roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD, validating accuracy.Process Goodwill roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD, ensuring correct values.Perform Ad Hoc Reporting configuration in FCCS.Maintain Reporting suite as required.Required Skills and QualificationsA successful candidate will possess:20+ years of complex consolidations experience, significant FX Remeasurement experience.Significant experience translating local currency FS into Parent's USD reporting currency.Understanding of CTA (cumulative translation adjustment) and CTA Proofs, including troubleshooting.Accounting background with attention to detail is required.Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite), analyzing general ledger accounts.Fluctuation Analysis process knowledge, configuring, processing, and preparing Cash Flow consolidation and related FS and supplemental footnotes.ASC 230 'Effect of Exchange Rates on Cash' Proof expertise for consolidated CF validation.Intercompany account experience involving multiple IC subsidiaries.Advanced Excel skills and FP&A software proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros, and standard Report generation.,
