Your responsibilities will include:Federal Market & Opportunity DevelopmentIdentify Federal Contracting Opportunities: Utilize market research, procurement forecasts, and contract vehicle analysis to qualify and track federal contracting opportunities.Analyze RFIs, Sources Sought, Draft RFPs, and Final Solicitations: Inform capture decisions and teaming strategies by analyzing these key documents.Support Go/No-Go Decisions: Assess win probability, competitive landscape, and federal acquisition strategy to support go/no-go decisions.Teaming & Capture StrategyDevelop and Execute Teaming Strategies: Align with agency requirements, set-aside rules, and acquisition methods to develop effective teaming strategies.Identify and Evaluate Teaming Partners: Based on technical capabilities, past performance, socio-economic status, security posture, and compliance history, identify and evaluate potential teaming partners.Lead Coordination of NDAs, Teaming Agreements, MOUs, Joint Venture/CTA Arrangements: Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and SBA regulations throughout the process.Ensure Teaming Structures and Workshare Allocations Comply with SBA Limitations on Subcontracting: Ensure that all teaming structures and workshare allocations adhere to SBA guidelines.Strategic Partner Relationship Management Foster long-term relationships with federal primes, small business partners, and strategic industry collaborators. Represent the company at various events, including federal industry days, matchmaking events, pre-proposal conferences, and agency outreach engagements.Reporting & Business Development Operations Utilize CRM and pipeline tracking systems to maintain accurate opportunity and partner data. Prepare essential reports and assessments for executive leadership. Monitor and analyze teaming performance, pipeline conversion, and capture success rates. Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in federal contracting. Showcase experience in federal business development, capture management, or partnering within the U.S. government marketplace. Possess a strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, SBA small business programs, and the federal acquisition lifecycle. Demonstrate the ability to develop and manage compliant teaming arrangements and strategic partnerships. Leverage experience with federal set-aside programs to drive success. Familiarize yourself with major federal agencies and contract vehicles to expand your network. Showcase experience supporting proposal efforts valued at $5M+ as prime or subcontractor. Consider obtaining certifications in capture management or federal business development to enhance your expertise. Develop and execute federal capture strategies and manage pipelines effectively. Identify and evaluate potential partners through thorough vetting and competitive analysis. Ensure compliance with FAR and SBA regulations while managing risk effectively. Possess strong negotiation, communication, and executive engagement skills to succeed in this role. Effectively manage multiple federal pursuits simultaneously to drive results.,
