This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in content creation, agenda development, speaker engagement, or conference production—particularly within the finance, fintech, or related industries. The Conference Producer will play a crucial role in developing impactful event content, securing expert speakers, and ensuring the overall success of our global expos.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough industry research to identify key trends, topics, and speakers relevant to our expos.Develop and curate conference agendas, ensuring timely, topical, and engaging content.Sourcing and securing high-level speakers, panelists, and moderators from the financial and fintech industries.Collaborating with internal departments to align conference content with overall event branding, marketing, and sales goals.Managing speaker communications and logistics, ensuring a professional and seamless experience pre-event, onsite, and post-event.Maintaining and updating speaker and agenda details across all event platforms and materials.Supporting the on-site execution of conferences, ensuring sessions run smoothly and on schedule.Gathering feedback from speakers and attendees to continuously enhance agenda quality and relevance.Monitoring competitor events and suggesting enhancements to maintain HQMena's leadership position in the industry.Requirements1–3 years of experience in conference production, content creation, business journalism, or related roles.A strong interest in the financial, fintech, or trading industries.Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret industry trends.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior executives and thought leaders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.Bachelor's degree required; Communications, Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Willingsness to travel internationally for conference execution and speaker management.Why Work with Us?Competitive SalaryGrowth OpportunitiesHealth & Wellness Benefits30 Days of Annual LeaveCompany-Sponsored Travel for EventsVibrant and Collaborative Work EnvironmentIf you're passionate about creating world-class content experiences and eager to help shape the future of the financial expo industry, we welcome you to join our team as a Conference Producer and contribute to the success of our global expos.
