Technical Solutions Specialist RoleThis role entails providing cutting-edge technical solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.About the JobThe ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, with hands-on experience in module design, configuration, and customization.They should also have strong development skills in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, and be proficient in creating plugins, custom workflow activities, and PCF controls.A good understanding of solution architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutions is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).Implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations.Develop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources.Build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations.Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware.Power Platform Development ExpertiseThe successful candidate will possess expertise in building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages using Dataverse.They should also have experience developing enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows).A strong understanding of Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines, and environment strategy is necessary.They should be able to optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, and column-level security for performance and stability.Required Skills & QualificationsCore Technical Expertise:5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.Strong development experience with:C#, .NET Framework/Core (Good to have)JavaScript, TypeScriptPlugins, Custom Workflow ActivitiesPCF Controls (preferred)Hands-on experience with Dataverse schema design & security.Strong understanding of Solution Architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutions.Benefits of Working with UsWe offer a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and growth.Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.We prioritize professional development and provide opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.We look forward to reviewing your application and discussing this exciting opportunity further.
