Senior Visual Communications SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging visual content for digital platforms, especially social media.Develop innovative and compelling creatives for social media platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and more.Create high-quality digital assets such as posters, banners, infographics, landing page visuals, campaign creatives, ad creatives, event creatives, and marketing collaterals.Tailor platform-specific ad creatives to performance marketing strategies.Edit and produce short video content, reels, and promotional videos for digital marketing campaigns.Create motion graphic animations for brand communication and ad promotions.Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align design with campaign goals.Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.Work on UI/UX visual assets for product interfaces using Figma.About the Role4–6 years of professional experience in visual communications or a related field.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects / Premiere Pro, and others.Experience working on Figma for UI/UX assets.A well-developed portfolio showcasing strong creative capabilities across digital and social media platforms.Experience in video editing & motion design is highly preferred.The ability to convert conceptual ideas into visually compelling creatives.A deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand guidelines.The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills & a passion for continuous learning.
