The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of industry standards, and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders.Qualifications and RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Quality Management, or a related field is required.Prior experience in a compliance, process improvement, internal audit, or risk management role is essential, with a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience.Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green Belt, or Black Belt certification is mandatory, with certification in ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or internal auditing being highly preferred.Desirable SkillsExperience in developing and delivering Lean Six Sigma training or supporting internal certification programs.Proficiency in process mapping tools, document control systems, and audit software.Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with compliance management platforms and risk assessment tools.As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the organization.
