Job Title: Solution Architect - Storage InfrastructureAbout the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of storage infrastructure solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure storage solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesStorage Cluster Administration: Administer and optimize PowerScale clusters across multi-protocol environments (NFS/SMB/HDFS/S3), ensuring seamless integration and high availability.Data Management and Protection: Leverage in-depth knowledge of SyncIQ for migrations, multi-directional replication, delta transfers, and multi-protocol sync. Perform snapshots, snapshot management, and failover/failback procedures to ensure business continuity.Cluster Lifecycle Management: Lead cluster lifecycle tasks, including node addition, rebalancing, SmartFail, and technology refresh activities, to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.Network and Security Configuration: Configure and validate network connectivity (VLANs, LACP, MTU, routing, DNS, NTP) and collaborate with security teams to establish firewall rules, ensuring a secure environment.Identity and Access Management: Handle Active Directory integrations across multi-domain/forest setups, including trusts, ID mapping, and authentication troubleshooting.Workload Optimization: Optimize PowerScale for HDFS workloads (Hive, Impala, Empower) as required.Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PowerScale, SyncIQ, snapshots, and other related technologies.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Project Management and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.How to ApplyTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.
