We are seeking a freelance corporate legal subject matter expert to support our SaaS-based legal product. The ideal candidate must have strong domain expertise in Corporate Legal with specialization in at least one area such as Manufacturing Legal, Healthcare Legal, or Real Estate Legal.This is a remote, part-time freelance engagement where you can contribute during your convenient time making it ideal for working professionals or consultants.As a Freelance Corporate Legal SME you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to analyze evaluate and validate legal workflows within our SaaS platform. Your expertise will help ensure the product meets industry standards follows compliance guidelines and is usable for real-world legal processes.The role involves reviewing and analyzing legal workflows forms and compliance features validating legal logic contract structures and domain-specific governing rules identifying gaps inconsistencies or compliance risks within the product providing expert guidance in Corporate Legal with specialization inManufacturing LegalHealthcare LegalReal Estate LegalCollaborating with product managers and developers to refine features and providing documentation feedback reports and domain-based clarifications. Work remotely with flexible timing and attend virtual discussions when needed for requirement understanding. Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in Corporate Legal domain strong knowledge of at least one specialized legal category and excellent understanding of contracts regulations documentation and compliance guidelines.
