As a Service Desk expert, you will provide remote support for laptops, desktops, LAN issues, and applications. You will troubleshoot across various platforms, including Windows, Android, iOS, and Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Skype.You will also handle registry fixes, patch upgrades, virus/security troubleshooting, and collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models.
