Job Brief

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves creating visually appealing and brand-compliant designs for our presales bids, packaging proposals, and assisting with last-minute changes and tweaks for client presentations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of brand guidelines, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with upGrad's brand guidelines and standards.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve designs/content.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our sales materials.
  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future needs.




Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Work experience in Graphic Design.
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, Microsoft Powerpoint, Photoshop, etc).
  • Given the content, should be able to conceptualize and produce designs and presentations representing the idea.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
