Only candidates with 6-9 years of relevant experience should apply.This is a Delhi-based position and work from office onlyWork Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, DelhiJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – E-Commerce to lead and manage client accounts across leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in marketplace operations, account growth, performance optimization, and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS). This role involves strategy, execution, and team management while being the key point of contact for clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end operations for client accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce portals.Develop and implement strategies for sales growth, product visibility, and customer acquisition.Handle Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) – Sponsored Ads, Display Ads, DSP, keyword strategy, ACoS optimization, and campaign analysis.Monitor account health, listings quality, and compliance with marketplace policies.Drive pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and catalog management in coordination with clients.Analyze sales reports, campaign data, and marketplace insights to provide actionable recommendations.Coordinate with design/content teams for A+ content, storefronts, and creative assets.Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the go-to person for all strategic discussions.Stay updated with eCommerce trends, marketplace policy changes, and competitor strategies.Manage and mentor junior team members to deliver on client KPIs.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.6–9 years of experience in eCommerce / marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce).Proven expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) with successful campaign management.Strong knowledge of eCommerce operations: listings, cataloging, promotions, pricing, P&L management.Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.Ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong project management skills.About NuvoRetail (www.nuvoretail.com)Nuvoretail Enlytical Technologies Private Limited is an e-commerce analytics and automation company.
