Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune - Chinchwad in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role involves fostering a positive work environment and supporting the brand's culture of CARE.


Qualifications

  • HR Management, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Training & Development skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in fostering a positive work culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
