This role involves driving technology transitions, influencing solution adoption, and building customer simulations to validate and resolve complex problems.Key Responsibilities:Complex Problem Resolution: Deliver effective support for customer problem resolution and engage in complex technical challenges.Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineering teams to identify and resolve serviceability issues.Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise to address complex customer problems.Culture Promotion: Promote and uphold Estarta's organizational culture.Skill Enhancement: Continuously enhance technical skills within the relevant domain and related technologies.Customer Collaboration: Consult and collaborate with customers and Cisco stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and optimize Cisco products and services to achieve business objectives.Pre-sales Support: Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.Network Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure smooth operations.Required Skills and Experience:Enterprise Technology Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, including ASR, Catalyst, and switching platforms.IP Routing Protocols: In-depth understanding of IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IGRP) and their operation over VPN tunnels.VPN Configuration: Hands-on experience with IPsec, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.DMVPN Architecture: Familiarity with DMVPN architecture, including multipoint GRE (mGRE), NHRP, and dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunnels.HSRP and VRRP: Experience with HSRP and VRRP.Cisco Router Platforms: Familiarity with Cisco router platforms, tunneling, and VPN technologies.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.Encryption Standards: Knowledge of encryption standards and secure hash algorithms (e.g., AES, SHA-2).Scope:Interface Management: Interface with customers, internal leadership, engineering teams, partners, field personnel, CAP Managers, and internal product organizations to ensure seamless delivery of services.Qualifications:Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in IP routing and switching.Certifications: Relevant Cisco certifications preferred (CCNP, CCIE).
