This is an execution-led role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in clean processes, accurate data, and timely deliveries.If you love fashion and retail, enjoy operational problem-solving, and get satisfaction from completing tasks end-to-end with precision, this role is built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Fulfilment ManagementProcess daily Shopify ordersCoordinate with packing team for dispatchEnsure QC for each order before shipmentTrack and reduce NDR/RTOMaintain 24–48 hr dispatch turnaround timeEnsure packaging materials are stockedInventory & Merchandising AdminUpdate stock on Shopify after production/dispatchCreate/maintain product listings: SKUs, sizes, materials, tagsUpload new products (photos, descriptions, variants)Run weekly stock reconciliation and highlight low-stock SKUsMaintain master inventory sheet + vendor sheetsRaise purchase orders Launch CoordinationPrepare product upload sheetsCoordinate photoshoots: sample availability, labeling, missing piecesUpload new capsules on timeCross-check variant accuracy, pricing, SEO tagsTrade Show OperationsTrack sample production for international showsPrep labeling, barcodes, product sheet bundlesCoordinate shipping of samples (packaging, paperwork, courier)Create post-show order sheets + follow-upsMaintain wholesale line sheets (admin layer only)Customer Experience SupportHandle escalations (main CX is handled elsewhere if needed)Resolve shipping delays, damage cases, returns adminGeneral Execution & AdminMaintain vendor credit sheetsPrepare basic Excel reports (inventory, order status, production status)Keep all files updated and organizedOperate as the “execution engine” — moving pieces forward dailySkills & Experience1–3 years of experience in a similar roleHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple collections and vendors.Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping details.High accountability - Someone who fully owns execution end-to-end once instructed and doesn’t need reminders for routine tasks.Comfortable in a fast-moving, unstructured environment where they can build structure by themselves adapt quickly as tasks shift.Basic Excel skills - Should be able to maintain clean, accurate spreadsheets.Strong attention to detail - Can catch errors in stock, SKU mismatches, wrong variants, wrong prices.Comfortable with Shopify.Preferred BackgroundPrior experience in D2C or e-commerce ops is a big plus.Worked at a small brand, startup, or fashion/jewelry label.Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce tools preferred.Personality Type Likes checklistsLoves organizationGets satisfaction from “closing loops”Enjoys fixing logistical problemsFeels proud when everything runs smoothlyIf you are a highly reliable executor who treats operations like a sport, we want to hear from you Apply here and feel free to drop a line to hello@studioloveletter.com to ask questions or share any additional information about yourself.This position is in person in Gurgaon.Joining: ImmediateEmployment Type: Full-time
