Job Description:

As an AI/ML Research Scientist/Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our organization's

AI/ML initiatives. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving data analysis, model development,

and AI/ML algorithm implementation. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply and develop

your AI/ML expertise in real-world applications.


Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct advanced research in AI/ML, including the development of novel algorithms and

models.

 Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and execute research projects.

 Publish research findings in reputable academic journals and conferences.

 Mentor junior researchers or engineers.

 Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and emerging technologies.

 deployment of the Llama2 model in various environments to benchmark its performance.

 Develop and execute comprehensive benchmarking strategies to evaluate the performance of

the Llama2 model in different scenarios.

 Identify bottlenecks and optimize the deployment process for enhanced efficiency and

scalability.

 Apply strong Python programming skills to design and develop AI/ML algorithms and models.

 Optimize AI/ML models for performance and scalability, considering production-level

deployment requirements.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field..

 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Generative AI and LLM

development.


 Strong expertise in Python and popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch,

Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.

 Experience with transformer models, BERT, GPT, LLaMA, and other LLM architectures.

 Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

 Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning, and model optimization techniques.

 Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

 Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
