With a legacy of more than 3 decades, the organisation is a leading consumer goods player with a top line of over 2000 cr. With some of the most iconic brands in the industry, the company is poised to achieve high growth objectives in the next two year
Job Description
1. Lead the design and monthly category activation through all the regional branch leads and marketing leads for each category
2. Develop and implement the annual customer marketing strategy which aligns with the company's overall business goals
3. Will be responsible to oversee the AOP planning for all categories, including delivering on top-line growth, BTL expenditures and distribution goals
4. Own all the trade programs and new projects across the year, ensuring they are implemented efficiently and effectively across all functions and regions
5. Drive cross-functional collaboration with regional heads, zonal heads and marketing team to meet the category and brand requirements
6. Measure and analyse the performance of BTL activities and trade programs across functions to align with the overall marketing and business strategies
7. Manage and mentor the Branch Customer Marketing Manager, Demand Planner, Category Trade Marketing Managers and Channel activation managers across all channels
The Successful Applicant
1. Strong FMCG experience for more than 10 years
2. More than 5 years of experience in General Trade
3. Relevant experience in Customer Marketing of more than 3 years
4. MBA Tier 1 Institute - Batch of 2009 to 2011 only
5. Relocate to Ahmedabad
