If you have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree, and are passionate about delivering top-notch service to both clients and employees, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.**Key Responsibilities:**Guide associates in utilizing our digitized platform to communicate its benefits and convenience, including associated offers.Drive adoption by assisting associates in downloading and using our App, providing training, and supporting those without the App to order and pay through various payment wallets.Engage daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate with our tech team to reflect changes on the App, and ensure timely push notifications and banner displays.Conduct Cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, perform hourly governance checks on LENS, address issues, and report incidents, accidents, and near misses.Foster a positive work culture, ensure timely, high-quality service, gather feedback from employees and clients, and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) records.Ensure compliance with company requirements for displays, counters, and service areas, oversee cafeteria counters, and report any downtime to relevant departments.Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package, travel reimbursements as per policy, and opportunities for growth and development.
