Key Role: Senior Data ArchitectJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced senior data architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end data platforms for our clients in the life sciences industry.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, data governance, security, and compliance.Responsibilities include:Designing scalable data platform architectures on leading cloud platforms using best-practice patterns.Creating data models and integrating pharma datasets from various sources.Producing solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.Leading technical delivery across multiple engagements.Conducting design reviews and guiding development teams to ensure high-quality solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.10+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or delivery leadership roles.At least 5 years of experience working in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry supporting clinical/commercial business units to meet their data and reporting needs.Priorities include:Expertise in data lake/Lakehouse architectures and modern ELT patterns.Strong SQL, Python, Spark, and data modeling skills.Experience integrating pharma datasets & systems.Understanding of regulated data environments.This is a key opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
