Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries for a payment platform via phone chat and email and provide solutions to end users.
- Document case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication.
- Ensure cases are resolved within the case life cycle.
- Escalate highpriority issues as per client specifications to the immediate lead if necessary.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external contacts.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Adhere to quality standards on all handled contacts.
- Follow the work schedule and be prepared to start work on time.
- Manage contacts while meeting projectdefined targets: response time handle time and resolution rate.
- Undertake any additional tasks that may enhance client service or improve your KPIs.
- Participate in training sessions.
Requirements:
- Professional fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B1 level) both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in an outsourced customer service environment is a plus.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia.
- Computer literate with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm at 90% accuracy.
- An optimistic friendly positive and selfdriven individual.
- Ability to work in a team.
- A serviceoriented profile with a focus on problemsolving.
- Ability to work shift hours/parttime (as legally permissible) and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- No negative remarks in a background check such as a criminal record and willingness to undergo such a background check process during the recruitment process.
