Role Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing our business data. Your expertise will support decision-making by ensuring that data is timely, reliable, and insightful. You will work closely with both our sales and procurement teams, maintaining regular data streams and developing dashboards that track essential metrics for the business. Your contribution will help us optimize operations and reach our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards for key business metrics across production and sales.
- Regularly gather data from sales and production teams, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Synthesize and analyze complex data sets to generate clear, actionable insights for management.
- Use advanced MS Excel skills to develop models, perform data analysis, and streamline reporting processes.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track KPIs, identify trends, and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis functions, pivot tables, and macros.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and synthesize complex information into digestible insights.
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards to visualize data effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
