Job Location: Bangalore, KA

Experience: 3+ Years of Std Cell Characterization

Job Title : Library Characterization (Stdcells / GPIOs / Memories)

Job Requirement

  • Generation, Updation and Maintenance of libraries of Standard cells / GPIOs / Memories
  • Working knowledge of Characterization setup and flows
  • Experience with Industry standard tools SiliconSmart (Synopsys) and Liberate (Cadence) tools for characterization.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Library views (.libs/dB) Timing, Noise and Power models Preferable having knowledge/experience in IBIS modelling and validation
  • Preferable having knowledge/experience in characterization of Analog circuits/blocks
  • Knowledge and experience in QA flows and checks of library views
  • Database management, datasheet generation and Release of library views
  • Preferable with scripting knowledge (PERL, Python, Shell) would be added advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering
