The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating QA/QC processes, sourcing and screening candidates, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.Responsibilities:Coordinate the placement process, including proposals, interviews, onboarding, and documentationLiaise with candidates regarding contractual terms, task-related documents, and performance expectationsReview and submit inspection reports and site documentation to clients promptlyMaintain strong relationships with candidates through regular care calls and assignment follow-upsEnsure compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and company policiesRequirements:Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and proceduresProficiency in MS Office and documentation managementExcellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBenefits:We offer a fantastic working environment with a highly engaged team and consistently high eNPS scores.
