Software Development LeadThis role involves leading a team of developers in the creation and enhancement of software products.As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, identifying options, and creating innovative solutions to complex problems.The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with advanced Java/J2EE skills, familiar with JavaScript, HTML & CSS, and excellent knowledge of Oracle and WAS.Additional requirements include working experience in IBM OpenPages GRC platform 7.3+, Agile framework, and strong technical concepts to help deliver technical design solutions.Key Responsibilities:Development of new software products and enhancements to existing products.Leading a team of developers in the creation and enhancement of software products.Identifying options, creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.Ensuring optimal automation levels within the team, reducing human intervention in design, development, and operational lifecycles.Required Skills and Qualifications:5-10 years experience in software development and leadership.Advanced Java/J2EE skills, including familiarity with JavaScript, HTML & CSS.Excellent knowledge of Oracle and WAS.Working experience in IBM OpenPages GRC platform 7.3+ and Agile framework.Strong technical concepts to deliver technical design solutions.Benefits:Opportunity to work on large-scale applications and frameworks.Chance to develop leadership skills and oversee a team of developers.Enhanced communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Others:Worked on task-focused UI on OpenPages.Knowledge of MRG domain.Experience in DevOps, CI-CD tools e.g. Jenkins.Experience on batch jobs, shell scripting.
