As a Frontend Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for leading the UI architecture, building scalable component-driven UIs, collaborating on backend development, owning performance, quality, and delivery, and working directly with founders in a 0→1 environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead UI Architecture (React + TypeScript): Develop and maintain the overall UI architecture, ensuring it meets the requirements of the product and the needs of the users.Build Clean, Scalable Component-Driven UIs: Design and develop reusable, modular components that can be easily integrated into the application.Collaborate on Backend Development (Python + FastAPI): Work closely with the backend team to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.Owning Performance, Quality & Delivery: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, are delivered on time, and perform optimally.Work Directly with Founders in a 0→1 Environment: Collaborate with the founding team to define and prioritize features, and ensure that they align with the company's overall vision and goals.About Us:We are a remote-friendly company that values flexibility, direct founder visibility, zero bureaucracy, and fast iteration.
