Dynamics 365 Senior Technical Solutions Expert

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CE; Power Platform Senior Technical Consultant to drive application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions and the wider Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will provide timely resolution of incidents and ongoing optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutions.This role involves working closely with business users, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth system operations. You will troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules, support and maintain Power Platform solutions, and configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE.The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a technical role, expertise in creating plugins, Javascript, and Azure function apps, as well as knowledge of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules.Support and maintain Power Platform solutions.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a technical role.Expertise in creating plugins, Javascript, and Azure function apps.Knowledge of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.Microsoft certifications PL-200 and PL-400.BenefitsAs a Dynamics 365 CE; Power Platform Senior Technical Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with business stakeholders, and manage your time effectively.
