Human Resources SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage various HR tasks, including payroll operations, policy implementation, and employee relations. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, creating and implementing effective HR policies, handling employee issues and training junior team members.Manage payroll operations, including attendance reconciliation, CTC breakup, PF/ESI/PT deductions, income tax / TDS calculation, arrears, F&F settlements, and ensure 100% accuracy & timely payroll processing using HRMS tools (GreytHR / RP / similar).Create and implement HR policies and systems that promote a positive work environment and support business growth.Handle employee issues and engage with employees to foster a culture of open communication and transparency.Train and mentor junior HR team members to develop their skills and expertise.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues alike.
