About the job

Role: Director – Sales, APAC

Location: Bangalore

 

Key Functions: Strategic business development, managing the strategic plan, ensures a healthy working environment, managing global sales & accounts management, managing targets, revenue generation and overall sales operations.

 

1. Business Development, Accounts Management & Sales Team Management

a. Responsible for maintaining, managing, growing, and expanding revenue year over in existing assigned customers and new customers.

b. Business development: responsible for sales innovations and strategic business development and bringing new logos to company.

c. Help in developing and enhancing business plan for the company globally.

d. Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events

e. Managing the goals and targets of the sales team members reporting directly and ensuring productivity from the team

f. Spend a significant portion of time in the field both with individual accounts and co-traveling with sales personnel

g. Working with presales and solutions team for any RFPs, pricing and in providing customer Intel.

h. Maintaining customer relationship to ensure smooth functioning of activities with the customer and to expand business.

i. Plans, directs and manages sales and market activities to continually reflect customer trends, market fluctuations, and changes in business practices/technology.

j. Cascades sales and profitability goals down to sales team to establish performance targets

k. Establishes processes to regularly monitor and track performance to budget and manage the forecasting process.

l. Ensures that all opportunities and activity are fully documented in Salesforce and JobDiva

m. Working with marketing departments for sales activities and events

 

2. Talent Acquisition Management

a. Manage the entire recruitment team assigned to perform end-to-end recruiting tasks from assigning job orders, submissions, interviews, onboarding, follow-up and placement.

b. Train and counsel recruiters on sourcing techniques, recruitment strategy, process administration.

c. Making sure the target assigned on staffing and hiring is met

d. Customer interaction in submitting resumes, coordinating interview and closing hires.

e. Handling MSP accounts and other house accounts assigned to perform account support and management activities.


3. Targets and Reports

a. Responsible to achieve the targets given for sales and talent acquisition team

b. Responsible to make sure periodic updates are provided to CEO.
