Medical Specialist JobThis role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within a medical division.The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex conditions, managing patient care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the supervision and training of junior medical staff.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, take medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate treatment plans.Treatment and Procedures: Prescribe medication, administer therapy, and perform necessary procedures/surgeries related to the specialty.Collaboration and Consultation: Liaise and consult with other specialists, departments, and support services to ensure holistic patient care.Documentation: Accurately document clinical information in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Quality Improvement and Research: Participate in quality initiatives, clinical audits, and research activities to enhance patient safety and care standards.Supervision and Education: Provide instruction and guidance to junior medical staff, residents, and students.Qualifications:MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized medical school.Completion of a structured clinical residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialization.Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience post-specialization.Valid DOH license and current Certificate of Good Standing from the licensing authority.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous medical education.
