Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Hauz Khas office. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and visitors in person and over the phone.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., printers, computers) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
