Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant PositionJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support, configuration, and optimization of our core Oracle Cloud Financial modules.About the Role:You will serve as the subject matter expert, bridging the gap between finance users and technical teams to ensure the system meets complex business requirements. Your responsibilities will include providing deep functional expertise and support for Oracle Cloud Financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS), and Fixed Assets (FA).You will configure and maintain Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and definitions, design, build, and maintain financial reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and Smart View, and analyze and troubleshoot integration touchpoints between Financials and other cloud modules. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead testing efforts, documenting business processes, functional designs, and test scripts along the way.Key Responsibilities:Provide deep functional expertise and support for Oracle Cloud Financial modules: General Ledger (GL), Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS), and Fixed Assets (FA)Configure and maintain Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and definitionsDesign, build, and maintain financial reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and Smart ViewAnalyze and troubleshoot integration touchpoints between Financials and other cloud modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Projects)Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead testing effortsDocument business processes, functional designs, and test scriptsRequirements:3+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Cloud (SaaS/Fusion) FinancialsProven implementation or support expertise in GL, AGIS, and Fixed AssetsStrong functional understanding of Subledger Accounting (SLA) principlesProficiency in developing reports using OTBI and Smart ViewKnowledge of end-to-end business flows and integrations with AP, AR, Procurement, and ProjectsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both verbal and written)Ability to translate business needs into system configurationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with data migration using FBDI (File-Based Data Import) templatesOracle Cloud Financials certificationsKnowledge of E-Business Suite (EBS) to Cloud migration processesExposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs
