Job Purpose: The Sales Manager(SM) is responsible for the Aftermarket Order Intake Local &Global from the given territory for PrimeServ Steam Turbine Bengaluru. Development of new customers will be the key of growth for SM. SM is also responsible for Maintaining customer relationship and support them for all their requirement that fall under purview of MAN Energy Solutions. SM to perform all internal activities with local organization as well as product centers as required from Project Identification to Completion to the satisfaction of customer’s requirement.


We can offer you the following tasks:


  • Target Oriented and Responsible for Local & Global Business from given set of MAN ES Products & Customers.
  • Planning and forecasting business figures for local and global business
  • Local :Enquiry Generation, Review, Offer/Tender, Keeping track of submitted offer / tender till order booking for Spares, Retrofits, Repairs, Footprints & Services
  • Global : Liasion with HQ, Product center & Customer for Enquiry, Orders.
  • Techno-Commercial Negotiation with customer.
  • Sales Team Support all India
  • Perform by attaining in a way aimed at achieving the highest possible work efficiency
  • To comply with the Company Code of Conduct
  • To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
  • To adhere to all Company processes and procedures
  • To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
  • To be aware of, and adhere to, all Health & Safety laws & guidelines relevant to your role and to the safety of your colleagues, visitors and external partner




You can help us with these qualifications:

  • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 7-10 Years of experience in Sales.
  • Data compilation and analytics.
  • Good Business Communication, Negotiation Skills and time management
