Job Location: TCS Hyderabad


Responsibilities

(limit to 3-5)

  • Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build & configure solutions working with development team.
  • Bring in strong business process knowledge on OTC processes and integration with cross modules like Finance, MM, TM, WM etc.
  • Build global O2C template and propose process improvement plans.
  • Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements.
  • Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments.
  • Coordinating with business, As-Is/To-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and development team – adoption of Agile methodology.
  • Ensure effective communication to all stake holders from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective.


Must have skills.

  • Completed university degree.
  • Minimum 5+ years of SAP Experience – SAP SD Conversant with ATP, SAP Fiori apps, Workflows
  • Strong and proven understanding of SAP landscapes and terms, including management of change and management of a parallel/dual SAP landscape.
  • Minimum 3+ year of SAP S4 HANA implementation experience with expertise in

  • Experience of project execution through Agile methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with effective listening skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in a busy environment.
  • Minimum 7+ year of SAP S4 HANA implementation experience
  • Conversant with SAP Fiori apps, Workflows
  • Experience with cutover and data migration activities.
  • Experience of project execution through Agile methodology
  • Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants.
