Job Opportunity:Suzlon Group seeks an experienced S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management Professional with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules within the S/4HANA environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.Configure production processes such as Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and quality processes like Quality Planning, Inspection, and Notifications.Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and map business processes to SAP S/4HANA functionalities, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.Integration: Ensure seamless integration of PP/QM modules with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and FICO.Data Migration: Support data migration activities, including master data setup (materials, BOMs, routings, inspection plans) and transactional data.Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and performance.Training and Support: Provide end-user training, create documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals), and offer post-go-live support.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging S/4HANA innovations like embedded analytics and Fiori apps.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PP/QM processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA production processes (e.g., Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Execution).Strong understanding of SAP quality processes (e.g., Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Certificates of Analysis).Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for PP/QM and embedded analytics.Experience in integration with MM, SD, WM, and FICO modules.Expertise in planning strategies such as Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, and Assemble-to-Order.Experience in configuration of material master data records, bills of materials, work centers, and routings.Knowledge in customization of plant, storage locations, and warehouse assignments.Highly skilled in setting up master data, demand planning, and MRP views for PP modules.Functional Knowledge:Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.Understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete or repetitive) and quality management standards.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
