Work Days: Monday to Friday

Work Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM


Job Description:

BrandStory Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is well-suited for individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience who are looking to enhance their design skills while working on diverse projects spanning digital and print media.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of visually engaging content for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and email campaigns, as well as print materials including brochures and banners.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and content developers to deliver design projects that are consistent with the company's branding strategy.
  • Develop basic illustrations, icons, and infographics to support digital marketing efforts and brand-building activities.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to established brand guidelines across all design outputs.
  • Stay informed of current design trends and industry best practices, applying fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
  • Organize and manage multiple design assignments simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Assist in presenting design concepts to stakeholders and integrate feedback into final deliverables.
  • Required Skills and Competencies:


Design Software:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign


Digital Tools:


  • Familiarity with Canva and a basic understanding of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.


Typography & Layout:

  • A solid understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and composition.


Project Management:

  • Experience with task management tools like Trello or Asana for effective project tracking and collaboration.


Soft Skills:

  • Keen attention to detail, strong communication abilities, a willingness to learn, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design projects is mandatory.
