Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Consolidations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for processing trial balance loads from source general ledger systems and into the FCCS consolidations system.You will translate consolidating financial statements from local currency into USD using the system's capabilities.Your expertise in FX Remeasurement and CTA Proofs is highly valued, as you will ensure all manual and system eliminations have been processed and IC accounts are at zero.You will process and prepare LE and Consolidated CTA Proofs to validate the accuracy of FS translations.You will provide support for local statutory filings, including reloading Day 0 FX rates overwriting Day -3 FX rates for BS re-translation.Additionally, you will process Intangible Asset roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD, validating their accuracy.You will also process Goodwill roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD, ensuring their correctness.As a seasoned professional, you will configure Ad Hoc Reporting in FCCS and maintain the reporting suite as required.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must possess:A minimum of 20 years of complex consolidations experience.Significant expertise in FX Remeasurement.Experience in translating local currency financial statements into the Parent's USD reporting currency.Knowledge of CTA (cumulative translation adjustment) and CTA Proofs, with the ability to troubleshoot this cycle.An accounting background and significant experience are essential, with attention to detail being paramount.Understanding of troubleshooting problems with Consolidation is critical.Proficiency in working with ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite, and analyzing general ledger accounts.Experience with Fluctuation Analysis and configuring, processing, and preparing Cash Flow consolidations and related FS supplemental footnotes.Familiarity with ASC 230 Effect of Exchange Rates on Cash Proof, ensuring consolidated CFs are accurate.Intercompany account experience involving multiple IC subsidiaries.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in FP&A software, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, basic Macros, and standard Report generation.QualificationA Bachelor's degree with CA or CMA certification is required.
